The Wellness Plan offers patients, who are 13 and older, dental services and discounts for a flat annual fee of $500 per year. The plan will give you complete preventative dental care, without the hassle. For those who have children, we also offer a Dental Wellness Plan for kids under 13 years of age – just ask for details.
